As long as I can remember (way back to age 4) I have been listening to rock music primarily from the 60's - 80's. I am always open to new music and enjoy trying something new...but I never actually OWNED much other than my classic rock collection with some jazz, classical, blues thrown in to round things out.
But then a couple of months ago I discovered legalsounds.com and have bought a ton of music from them. At first I felt like it just be a scam, or illegal, or that somehow I would get ripped off, apparently it's totally legitimate. So I have been downloading songs from there for 9 cents each rather than iTunes for 99 cents each. I told myself I could by 1,000 songs for a grand total of $90 which saves me $900! NINE HUNDRED DOLLARS!
Here are some of my new faves to listen to along with the greats like Pink Floyd, Led Zep, Etc. I know it's not all rock and roll....don't tease me about any of my choices! Some of these I had one or two songs of, but now I've been able to expand my collection a bit. Grand total on iPod is now 2,957.
