Blast from the Past!

A friend sent me this....oh man, this was my era! LOL!

Edgar is a fun musician to watch - check out how many instruments he's plays on this song!
Bonus points if you recognize who's playing lead guitar. (that reminds me, I have three CDs to give away, but not very exciting ones...stay tuned)

Triva about Edgar, did you know that both he and his brother, musician Johnny Winter, are both albinos? That blond hair is real.

Barbara,

Cool video!
The guitar player is Rick Derringer who also played with Johnny W. and was in The McCoys of "Hang on Sloopy" fame.

Check out what he is doing these days: http://www.rickderringer.com/

Edgar is still making music see him at: http://www.edgarwinter.com

I always thought they were both albino.(Johnny & Edgar, that is.)

I saw Edgar Winter around two years ago. While he's definitely up there in age he really put on a great show. It was pretty funny how he continues to dress on the ridiuclous side considering his age, but as long as the musics good and he's enjoying what he's doing, I'm all for it.

Without even watching the video, I can tell you it's Rick Derringer on guitar(and no, I didn't read the other comments first). ;-)

And if I'm not mistaken, that's the late Dan Hartman on bass.
