Happy New Year Barbara! I hope you have a good one.
One of my resolutions is to expand my musical horizons and listen to more new music, and investigate further into some older music as well. So if anyone has any suggestions ...
(By the way, the 'anonymous' that you were asking about a couple threads back is me. I keep forgetting to post my name). :/
Thanks Malcolm. I like all kinds of music. I love Dusty Springfield and have one of her compilations.
India Arie is someone that I don't know much about but I remember hearing a song of hers years ago that I really liked, and I LOVE acoustic music, so I think I'll start with her. Same with Big Star. I've heard they're really good.
The others (except for Chuck of course!) I have no idea about, but thanks, I'll have a look into them too.
