Do you guys get the newletter that Martin puts out every week? It's called "the 80's Nut Newstetter". I always pick up some interesting tidbits from it. Here was today's item that interested me:
The much-rumored Genesis reunion tour may actually happen next year...
without Peter Gabriel. Gabriel's scheduled will not allow him a break
to join his former bandmates until 2008. Phil Collins, Mike
Rutherford and Tony Banks are expected to hit North America and Europe
together.

I'd like to see Mike & The Mechanics myself....
I hadn't seen that update. The last "report" of a reunion being on early this year ended up being only a rumor. Gabriel has been open to a reunion idea, so I think it will happen eventually, just maybe not in the next year.

There are always so many reunion rumors going around. Usually, I don't take stock in any of it unless I see or hear an official release.
Well, I guess we will all have to wait and see.
ARLEN! I love Mike & the Mechanics - one of my favorite songs of all times is "Don't", for some reason I think is extrememly sensual.
I had heard previously that it wasn't true also. I saw Phil solo once and he was still good (minus all the sappy tunes). Maybe if Gabriel's schedule matches with the tour occasionaly, he'll make an appearence.
