I have new reader that I am welcoming with open arms! He has a wealth of information and has already made a big contribution here in helping fill in some missing people on my "Gone But Not Forgotten" list.
So please stop by and say hello to Perplexio!
Classic Rock

Thanks for the props!
Despite being a spry 29, I'm the youngest of 6 kids (by 12 years!). I grew up around classic rock. Not only did my siblings expose me to classic rock-- one of my "babysitters" got me into Pink Floyd and one of my high school friends got me into the Doors.
Your the same age as one of my best friends! I am glad your sibs had good taste. I got exposed to good music at the age of four (yep, four) by my older cousin and my dad as we watched Ed Sullivan together and saw the Beatles, The Stones...THE DOORS! Its been in my blood ever since :)
My parents, siblings, and even one of my grandmothers got me into quite an eclectic mix of music:
My grandmother: Liszt, Johann Strauss, Beethoven, Bizet, Bach, Grofe, and several other classical musicians
My parents: The Beach Boys, Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Brian Hyland, Bobbie Vinton, Bobby Darin, and various different swing musicians.
My oldest sister: Harry Chapin and John Denver
My two oldest brothers (they are only about a year apart in age so their tastes are very similar to one another): Kiss, CCR, Supertramp, Boston, Kansas, Styx
My other sister: Billy Joel, Def Leppard, Aerosmith
My youngest older brother: Chicago, Toto, Asia, REO Speedwagon, Journey
