Dan, love it! This song is one of my favorites by him. I like Bob and his music. To me its always fallen into that category of "second level" rock and roll, you know what I mean? There's the greats, then there are the second level, then there are the one hit wonders or wanna-be bands. I remember a conversation I had with someone years ago, they were trying to convince me that Bruce Springsteen and Bob Seger were "equally" as talented and popular. I had to walk away.
Barbara, I totally agree. For me tho he was diggin my groove during that time (69 - 78). He def struck a chord with me and made me feel like he knew what we were all goin thru. His songs made you feel like you were travelin with him. BTW he had a great backing band (The Silver Bullet) also.
