Listen to Lars - you do NOT want Tinnitus!

"Metallica drummer Lars Ulrich recently told CNN that his lack of ear protection during most of the 35 years he's been playing rock music has been the cause of his hearing loss and developing tinnitus. At first it was barely perceptible but during a concert tour in 1988 the ringing in his ears continued while he slept. "I try to point out to younger kids... once your hearing is gone, it's gone, and there's no real remedy."

I have tinnitus and its the most annoying, frustrating condition you can imagine.  For me the ringing is high pitched and constant, but I have good and bad days - the bad days its so loud I want to scream.  Sometimes I do.



There is NO CURE for it.  There are tons of people trying to sell cures, but trust me on this - I have been on a tinnuts forum for years and every one of those "cures" has been tried and failed.  If there ever is a cure millions of people will be lined up, willing to pay anything to get the noise to STOP.
